Pool Area Renovation - East Ryde

Project Overview
A complete render rennovation to a worn down pool area at East Ryde, this project rejuvenised the walls, stairs and benches around an exisiting pool with a Rockcote system. The scope included removing exisiting damaged render and the application of a 5 coat wtaer-repellent render system instead.
Removal of all loose substrate and damaged exisiting rendered
Application of Rockcote Highbuild to remediate uneven and damaged susbtrates
Application of a polymer keycote and a Rockcote PM100 layer for maximum durability with a coat of Anti-Efflorescent primer and a beautiful Sandcote Hydratech finish.
